Note: The amount of aluminum vacuum
deposited is an immeasurable quantity. It is approximately 121.9 angstoms
in thickness. In terms of weight, 100 lbs. of 1.4 mil P.V.C. would have
.12 lbs. of aluminum metallization total on both sides. The Film used contains
no Pthalates. |

CONEG LEGISLATION |

This letter is in response to
your request concerning our compliance with CONEG. In accordance with CONEG's
directives, we have evaluated your products for the presence of lead, cadmium,
hexavalent chromium and mercury. |

| |
This is to assure you that our
product fully complies with all state legislation restricting the above
heavy metals. |
| |
This product does not contain
any intentionally added metals or heavy metal compounds; any heavy metal
that may be present in this product result from their presence as tract
impurities in the raw materials used to manufacture the product. Such metals
in the product, if any, falls well within the limitations set forth in the
Model Toxic Legislation adopted by the Source Reduction Council of CONEG,
as adopted by the individual sales. |
